Sumitada is a name from Sumitada Omura who was the first Christian feudal lord in Japan and opened a port of Nagasaki. This sake uses the award-winning local rice from Omura where Sumitada lived. Rich but sharp taste is best to be enjoyed with meals.
Earthy, soy sauce aroma. Rich umami from the local rice with a refreshing aftertaste.
