Nakagumi is the second stage of pressing SAKE mash and it’s said that the SAKE from this stage tends to be sophisticated and have well-balanced aroma and flavour.
Alps MASAMUNE Junmai Ginjo Nakagumi has fruity and refreshing aroma like green apple and slight honey. Dry but you can find sweetness in your mouth. Great for Highball thanks to the rich aroma. Just adding a squeezed lemon can change the taste very mild.

Smells like white wine and goes down easy. Medium body and very smooth. Great with lemon.
