Highball
Highball is a popular cocktail which mixes SAKE, a sliced lemon, ices and sparkling water. Mix SAKE and sparkling water in the ratio of 1:1 in the glass filled with ices. Squeeze a sliced lemon in it and enjoy! If you like sweeter one, add ginger ale instead of sparkling water. We recommend Kunshu (Aromatic SAKE) like Junmai Daiginjo and Daiginjo for highball, as you can still enjoy the rich aroma!
