Kinokawa Junmai Sumitada
杵の川 純米 純忠
Gold Award Winner at Regional Sake Award Japan 2020.
Sumitada is a name from Sumitada Omura who was the first Christian feudal lord in Japan and opened a port of Nagasaki. This sake uses the award-winning local rice from Omura where Sumitada lived. Rich but sharp taste is best to be enjoyed with meals.
