Buono (Tokubetsu Junmai Genshu) 720ml
Buono 特別純米原酒
Crisp, wine-like sake best enjoyed with Italian cuisine.
Buono was created for wine lovers, and as its name alludes to, it is made to be enjoyed with Italian dishes. This sake is made from Yamada Nishiki, one of the best sake rices, and due to it not being diluted, it has kept its original, crisp taste. Buono has the same alcohol percentage as wine (13%), making it an excellent choice for all occasions – divertiti.
【Sommelier's recommendation】
Dry and smooth. Its fruity Ginjo aroma, light acidity, and sweetness are followed by a sharp aftertaste similar to a white wine.
