This sophisticated and elegant umeshu has a beautifully gentle aroma that reminds Japanese sake lovers of how their grandma used to make it. ‘Sakagura’ also means ‘brewery’ and ‘Sakagura no umeshu’ means ‘umeshu from our brewery’, so this sake represents all sake brands from Kinokawa.
